Main achievements for locomotive&rolling stock    

    We started producing railway locomotive spring for Dalian motorcycle factories from 80¡¯s of last century. The main products are external valve spring, internal valve spring, air controlled equipment spring, 8 internal circle spring, 8 external spring, shaft cases larger circle spring, shaft cases middling circle spring, shaft cases small circle spring, locomotive brake spring and buffer spring. Product specifications are between ¦Õ5¡«¦Õ32 and execute standards are TB£¯T1025 and TB66. Examined by the check department of Dalian Locomotive Co.,Ltd and the Check department stationed in the factory? of the Ministry of Railway, the product quality is according with the design drafts and technology standards.
    In 1999, we produced 6 sets of car truck springs for Changchun Vehicle Plant to adjust to the requirement of raising the railway speed in our country.? The mph(miles per hour) exceeded 165 km. The strict precision demanding of geometry and load ability made it very difficult to produce. After the product was finished, five departments from Changchun Vehicle Plant come to check the performance, and approval of the product quickly. After that business, they ordered car truck springs used for Guangzhou motor vehicle, Beijing double-motorcycle and motorcycles exported to Pakistan successively.
    In April 2000, we commissioned the Ministry of Railway Quality Examine Center to check the quality of the springs we produced. According to TB£¯T2211£­91 railway locomotive columned helix spring test standard, they examined the fatigue degree of our product: SFJ28£­53£­00.006.007 high-columned spring. After 1.16¡Á106 test times(strengthened fatigue test times reached 1,000,000), there were no fatigue crannies or broken parts discovered. During October the 10th to November the 3rd in 2001, Qingdao Sifang Locomotive Plant sent the hydrokinetic dispersive transmission serial 1 spring to Tongji University Locomotive Department to test the rigidity, strength stress, vertical fatigue wear and fatigue specifications. After vertical rigidity test, strength stress test, vertical fatigue wear test with working condition I: max working load, cycle times over 1¡Á106 , coefficient of strengthen is 1.1, and then test with condition I by 1¡Á106? times ( speedup strengthen fatigue test by 2,000,000times). After the test finished normally, no breaking was happened and demount the spring from the test machine, observe the spring thoroughly, no cracks were discovered. The fatigue intension is according with the locomotive speed-up test times established by TB£¯T2211£­91 and the product is at the one-up station among Chinese High-speed Locomotive Spring enterprises. These years we also supplied mining crane springs and Namibia locomotive for Nanche Fifang and supplied Haju Power series Iand II springs to Changchun Railway Locomotive Co.,Ltd. These years we also supplied products used by mining crane to Nanche Sifang and supplied Haju power series 1 and series 2 springs to Changchun Railway Vehicles company.
