To adapt to the market requirements, according to the require of the main machine plant, we changed the homemade D group materials used in plunger spring into SWP£B imported material from Japan. After the spring was manufactured, according to the JB£¯JQ26003£88 diesel engine oil sprayer spring quality classify requirement, we took a 1¡Á107? fatigue test with the plunger spring using imported material from Japan. The test device used is TPG£2000 spring fatigue high-frequency tester and made 8 pieces as a group. The result is that: 2.56¡Á107? no breaking, no crack and the height has no exchange at all.
