Dalian Spring Ltd. (Dalian Spring factory) was built in 1958. It is a limited company. At present there are 156 employees in the company and the company is occupied 22000 square meter. The company lies in Ganjingzi Zone of Dalian and the building area is 13980 square meter, fixed assets is ￥15, 020, 000. The company passed the ISO9002 quality control system certificate in June of 1998, got the self-support right of imports and exports in 2000, passed the ISO9001-2000 quality guarantee system certificate in December of 2001, got the honor of 2002 trustworthiness taxpayer in April of 2002, got the honor of Tenglong enterprise of Liaoning province in August of 2002, got the honor of 2003 A-class enterprise given by both the national and local revenue of Dalian in June of 2003 and got the honor of 2005 AA-class enterprise given by both the national and local revenue of Dalian in April of 2005.
We have strength develop capability of new products and have made remarkable achievements. The GB10181-88 constant support spring hanger got the third-class diploma of 1992 Science&Technology Progress. The development of spring used by complete-quantity safety valve of electricity station’s boiler got the second prize of 1996 Science&Technology Progress. The development of shock absorbing spring for thermal power plant's auxiliary machine got the third prize of 1997 the Ministry of Electric Industry Science&Technology Progress.The development of car truck spring used by railway high-speed locomotive got the third prize of 2000 excellent new product from Machine General Components Industry Associate. In March of 2005, the company got the honor of basic management standardization enterprise from Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association. In November of 2005, the product of large and heavy-load non-standard variable support spring hanger which is first developed in China got the honor of China Enterprise New Record by China Enterprise League and China Enterpriser Association.
    The main products of our company are constant support spring hanger, variable support spring hanger, constant support dish-spring hanger, spring shock absorber, support spring hanger components (pipe, connector parts, root parts) products and safety valve used in electric power station’s boiler. We can also offer various φ0.3-φ90mm springs for project machine, high-voltage switch, electric power tool, diesel engine and so on. Among these products the oversize spring of φ90mm has filled the blank record of China. The car truck spring of railway high-speed locomotive, which is used ground and silver-bright material, has been tested in Shanghai Railway University, and the product can be well working without cracks or breaks for over 2,000,000 times and has long service life. The products of our company are wildly used in our country and most of them can be exported with the main machine to America, Korea, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Philippines, Iran, India, Vietnam and so on.
